The Amsterdam Coffee Haus is a Houston-based coffee brand inspired by the café culture of Amsterdam, slow mornings, simple spaces, and good coffee enjoyed without rushing. It was started by a Houston high school student with a love for coffee, cafés, and art, and a curiosity for how different cultures experience everyday rituals. We source ethically grown, coffee and work with trusted roasting partners to make sure every cup feels thoughtful, balanced, and intentional. Rooted in Houston, inspired by Amsterdam.

Too much of today’s coffee industry relies on unfair labor, chemical-heavy farming, and unsustainable practices. That’s why we’re committed to doing things differently by: sourcing ethically, supporting farmers, and crafting clean, sustainable roasts you can feel good about with every sip.
